All watches and movements sold by
Watch Galore are guaranteed to be genuine
and free from defects for a period of at least
one year unless sold AS IS. All watches sold AS
IS will not be covered under our warranty, no
exceptions.
While defects in our items are extremely low, they do happen and
warranty work will become necessary. Watch
Galore is not an authorized agent or service
center for the watch manufacturers presented and
all repairs or replacements will be handled by
us at our location.
In our experience, most
warranty work requires simple adjustments or
battery replacement. Watch Galore reserves the
right to replace or repair the watch at our
discretion. Water damage or damage due to
neglect or misuse is not covered by any
manufacturer or by Watch Galore. Water
damage normally happens when the crown is not
screwed down correctly or is accidentally
opened. Buyers should always double check the
crown before entering the water. Only the
internal mechanical parts (meaning the movement)
are covered by this warranty. The clasp,
bracelet and crystal are not covered.

We offer a 14 day unconditional money back

completely satisfied. Contact us within 14
days of receiving the item and we will
provide a full refund minus shipping cost.
Shipping will only be refunded if the item
is not as described, no exceptions! To
return the item, please fill out a Return
Merchandise Authorization form before
returning the item.
Items returned must be in the exact
condition they were delivered with all boxes
and paperwork included. You must meet this
requirement or we will not issue a refund.
